Medical

At Blood Cancer United, we offer medical coverage designed to support your health—simply and flexibly.

Employees can choose from two medical plan options through Cigna, both offering access to a broad provider network with the freedom to go in- or out-of-network.

Each plan includes:

- Prescription drug coverage
- Virtual care through MDLive
- Wellness and mental health support programs

With four coverage tiers—Employee Only, Employee + Spouse, Employee + Child(ren), and Employee + Family—you can select the option that fits your life.

Dental
Blood Cancer United offers dental coverage that makes it easy to maintain your oral health.  Employees can choose from two plans through Cigna:

- A PPO plan that lets you visit any dentist, with a $1,500 annual maximum benefit
- A DHMO plan, a cost-effective option with access to a national network of providers

Both options are designed to give you flexibility and affordable access to the care you need.

Vision

Blood Cancer United offers vision coverage designed to support your eye health and everyday needs. Employees can choose from two plans through VSP:

- One plan includes coverage for glasses or contact lenses every 12 months
- The other provides coverage every 24 months 

Both options offer access to a broad network of providers, making it easy to get the care and vision support you need.

403(b) Retirement Plan

At Blood Cancer United, we make it easier to invest in your future. Through our 403(b) retirement plan with Empower, you can start saving as soon as you’re hired with convenient payroll deductions—and you’ll be automatically enrolled at 4% to help you get started.

 

In addition, Blood Cancer United supports your long-term goals with an employer discretionary contribution once you meet eligibility requirements (one year of service and 1,000 hours worked).

At Blood Cancer United, we support you during life’s most important moments.

Time Away from Work
Blood Cancer United believes in providing a generous paid absence program guided by you based on your own needs to rest, relax, recharge, and care for yourself and loved ones.  We observe 13 holidays plus employees are granted additional wellness days off between Christmas & New Year’s Day.  The schedule is posted at the end of each calendar year for the following calendar year.  Additionally, employees are allotted vacation days each calendar year based on years of service, floating holidays, and sick days each year.
